After an active day with excursions in Dalarna, it is pleasant to sit down at the dinner table in the hotel's restaurant and enjoy a delicious dinner. Equally appreciated is our breakfast, which is also served in the restaurant.

Monday to Thursday a set menu is served.

Fridays feature a Mediterranean buffet.
A selection of dishes inspired by the Mediterranean, including tzatziki and tapenade, Serrano ham, various types of salami, marinated olives, Greek salad, gnocchi, lasagna, mushroom risotto, lamb roast beef, falafel, grissini, and salsiccia. The dessert table includes almond cake, tiramisu, and much more.
Saturday features an American buffet.
A feast for the taste buds with sweet, salty, and spicy flavors. Enjoy Cajun blackened salmon, whole roasted beef, ribs and pulled pork, buffalo wings, potato gratin, Caesar salad, guacamole, coleslaw, pico de gallo, pastrami, and corn cream. Sweet endings include blueberry pie, cheesecake, and a selection of cheeses.
